Default Anyone installed B5 s4 downpipes/exhaust before? $$$$
Just bought some ssauto-craps turbo back. Just mainly see if anyone local has done there own before would rather pay someone to help then a stupid shop. Ive only removed these while the engine is out and im lazy. I'll pay you a good amount of cash or I have a whole 2001 s4 tip im parting out I might be able to hook you up with some parts.

Default It's pretty easy. Just make sure you have an O2 sensor socket and some long extenstions.
Should take around 4 hours or less

Default Agreed, the secret is to......
.....loosen the subframe by about an inch or so then you can manouver the DP cat and flange out from underneath the car.

IMHO the O2s and the stock heat shields are the bigest PITA about the job.......

i'll help .. swivel head gear wrench extended via duct tape and breaker bar also comes in handy
