Default I got that ticket like 2 years ago and they sent me to collections.......

So they wrote back and told me to send this document in saying it was me. So I sent it back saying it wasn't me and nothing happened after. I'm not in collections or anything. Weird...... ohwell

Default I'm in Vancity, the trick is to say

that you where getting change for the meter, friend borrowed the car, etc..

I know Vancouver & Burnaby give you 1 or 2 "free" tickets/yr. Just go in and explain, and U fill in a form or U can send in a letter to explain it & ask for a letter back to confirm it will be wiped off your records.
They keep records of how often U do it, so don't try for more than a few times over 2-3 yrs.

Default if U pay within 7 days it so much, after 14 days is so much...

they want the money right away, so they make it cheaper so U won't go around trying to find out how to avoid paying.
