I have a 2000 s4, hmmmm...can i buy this a6 remote and use it on my s4......could i take it to the dealership and have them program and cut it???? anyone know???

Just had a new flip kep cut at University. $300 out the door with programming. It's best to call ahead and have them order the key from the factory. They made mine by hand, but it took a few tries.

you need to pull apart the remote and look at the numbers inside
just pull it in half (key part and remote part).. and on top of the remote part there are a bunch of numbers...
