Barier Audi, WOW, what a dumb parts counter (long)

Steve helped me last week with a battery. Very nice guy but gave me the wrong battery so I had to
go back the next day. Then another guy helped me and he was a nice guy as well and got me fixed up. I was pretty pissed off when i got home and the battery didn't fit but he was so nice on the phone and in person that I didn't give him a hard time when I went back in.
I think it's hit or miss with Barrier.

building is nice. Layout SUCKS. It's nearly impossible to find the parts counter if you don't know
where you are going. Whoever thought of that bright idea is a card short of a full deck. You have to go down a fire escape like hallway behind a service desk and there is ZERO signage.

Fully agree. Called on a part once. Parts Manager happened to take the call.
He had no answers for a question I had related to it. He asked if he could call me back, took my name and number. He NEVER called me back. Went in a week later to ask my question in person. Happen to get the Parts Manager. I said "Hey, I called you last week about this part and you never called me back! Wassup wit dat??!!". He reacted peturbed at me. So, he blew me off by taking me out to one of the techs....which ended up being great because the tech gave me info and advice that neither the Parts Manager or any of their SA's could ever help me with.
Awesome facility! Only thing is that the customer friendly helpful people all work downstairs in the service area, and are removed from ever seeing a real customer.
