Default Barrier Car Wash System

Anyone use the new system over at Barrier yet? Apparently it's a brushless system but not entirely touchless.

Default just had the 5k service done...and they washed it.

It's a soft cloth "whippy" system, but not any better than any of the "soft touch" or "brushless" car washes in the area.

It missed the inner of the mirror housing and a few other places like that. They didn't bother to "clean" those areas either when they rolled it in to the detailing bay to do the interior.

Default Any scratches?

I was thinking of bringing it down there but I have flashbacks of that one scene in Cheech & Chong: Things Are Tough All Over where they flood the car.

Default Oh man, I haven't watched a good C&C movie in years....*lol*

But no, there was nothing new or major done by the system to the surface.

To qualify that, nothing that was added to what was there when they did the intial sales lot detail of the car and left some pretty wicked swirlies.

Up In Smoke, Still Smokin?

Ok, you're right. I guess they were funnier when you were high too.

If it's black, it will swirl. If you have a lighter color car, don't worry bout it.

Default what about dolphin grey?

kind of dark, just not black. I've got plenty of swirls sadly. I probably wont notice.
