Comcast DVR users - Is there a way to auto-rewind (5 seconds) after having fastforwarded?

Default Comcast DVR users - Is there a way to auto-rewind (5 seconds) after having fastforwarded?
This used to be the case with the old Microsoft based guide, but with the new one (TV Guide) that quick auto-rewind is gone. Sure, its just an inconvenience, but still, it was a great feature and now it is gone.

I just moved and the Comcast installer was out to set up the new place on Sunday. I asked her about this, but she didn't know.

Nope, the new guide sucks compared to the old one.

Default doesn't the little circle-arrow looking button on the remote still do that? mine does...
unless they just changed it today or something?

2nd. It rewinds it 15 seconds or something.

Default Huge 2nd. It hangs all the time when trying to fast forward/rewind
I hope they roll out the Tivo upgrade sometime soon.
