Do any local Audi dealers install the LATCH system for free anymore?

I was just checking the b5 s4 forum, and there some guys in there that got there's done for free in February, but they are in different states.

Infant seat system developed in 2002. Makes it super easy to install a child seat correctly.

Barrier did mine for free on my 2002 allroad last year. I believe that

was the first year it was mandatory but mine was made in late 2001.

for parts and labor? University just quoted me $400 for parts & labor!

I've got a call into Barrier.

If they're not doing it (the receptionist thought that they still were, but wasn't completely sure), then I'll be in there.

How long is the job? Reason being, if I can sit and play xbox while you do it, that would be better than dropping the car off for an entire day at Barrier.
