Default Downtown Seattle restaurant recommendations?

My wife and I will be going over to Seattle tomorrow evening for a show. We will have a couple of hours to go get some dinner, I was thinking about something nice, different, maybe fun.

Been to: Eliot's, the Met, Ruth's Chris, 13 Coins, Ivars, Benihana, Space Needle (not in last 5 years).

What ideas do you have? I thought about Daniel's Broiler or Morton's, but I'm concerned it might take longer than 2 hours.

Thanx!

Default Fun, great food but less formal

Matt's in the Market amazing little seafood place in the market.
Palace Kitchen 5th ave under the monorail track. Nice bar, great food.

Also check out 25 for $25...Campagne, Etta's, other good stuff on there. 25 restaurants 25 complete meals (less drinks, tip, etc) for $25.

Default Crush in Madison Park/Backside of capitol hill.

Very trendy, unique and quaint with a nice atmopshere. Make reservations if you can, otherwise you can always sit at the (very nice) bar area and watch them make your food. It's a neat place.

I'd definitely recommend it for something nice, new, and different.
