Default Weather wasn't horrible. Drive down there was pretty brutal in places.

But, I've seen Rush probably 14-15 times since '82 and it was a good show. Not top 10 of my viewings, but still a good show. I was there mostly because the wife wanted to see them live and I have a feeling they're going to do maybe one more tour before hanging it up.

Overall that venue is a sh*thole, I honestly don't get how acts willingly go there. It's not not bad for services (food), but miserable f'ing location and miserable acoustics. Which if you go to a concert to actually enjoy a band playing live you'll be disappointed by the sound in that place.

However, if you go to get stoned and drunk like some Lampoonian frat party, it's a great venue. Hell any venue is great for that.

I will say this in closing;

THANK F*CKING GOD THEY DROPPED CLOSER TO THE HEART FROM THE SET LIST!!!!

Default I saw Interpol there and it was the best live set I've heard. They were there for the EndFest...

or EdgeFest, whatever the radio station up there is. Queens of the Stone Age, Social Distortion, MXPX, and whoever else was there. Interpol sounded 100% better than everyone. I don't know what their sound guys did differently, but it worked.

Default Agreed, White River is not great

Which is odd since it's a carbon copy of Mountain View and I love that place.

Nothing can touch the Gorge though. Still not the best for acoustics, but the setting makes up for it.

Default Rush's crew was fiddling all night trying to find the sweet spot, they got close

a few times, but even then is sounded like a flippin' tin can.

It's all down to that roof over the bowl.
