What you're now just figuring this out. Lived here all my life and never had this problem when I started driving . Don't start with the flames about driving and seattle as it a comfirmed fact that there are more out of state resident driver's than actuall native washingtonian's. I'm not saying that we are better but just hat getting blamed for all the dingle nut's who haven't got a clue as to what they are doing or shouldn't even be allowed to do on the road's.
