They made a gash on my wheel when they mounted my tires and was very quick to admit of no wrongdoing. They did the job Friday AM and I didn't have the chance to look over it as I was late for work and the car/wheels were dirty so it did not show. I washed the car Saturday and noticed it. It was basically their (3 of them) word against mine.. I lost.
Never again will they see my car.

with my old Prelude. Except that I noticed it immediately (before having left the parking lot) and I pointed it out to them, but they denied everything. It was basically their word against mine, despite the obvious fact that you could see the dirt had been rubbed off right where the scratch was, so it was a recent scratch. They damaged all 4 of my wheels, and refused to do anything about it. Never again will I go to a Firestone. And I usually try to stay away from all of the quick high volume shops.

it may have happened while they installed new tires and gave me two new BBS's with no hassle. They will get my business again.
