Default zip tie your front plate to your bumper grill, take a picture, take front plate back off...
...go to court, it will be dropped.

worked for me. no fine (not even court dues) and no mark on my record.

Default damn.... i havent had a front plate on my car since 2001 and have been pulled over many times...
since. Never once have I even received a warning.

Default Honestly, don't have the energy/time to do that. I'm just going to ask for a mediation..
and hopefully they let me file it via paperwork.

Default I still don't get why people just don't put their plates on since it is the law and all.
In my opinion: If you want to have a vehicle with no front plate get a motorcycle or a car old enough to have collector plates.

Because it's hideous (on most cars) and is required only so they have a target for their lasers.
