Its a crap law though

Many states don't require front plates. There are very few situations where any benefit comes of having a front plate

The front plate adds a bunch of unnecessary weight.

I can feel my car bog down with the heavy plate on front.

Plus it's flat and therefore not aerodynamic, won't somebody think of the wasted gas!
