Default Griots Garage Sale

Saturday, the 23rd! 9AM

They sell all over stock, dented, returns.

Usually I pick up stuff that I want, but just cost a bit to much.

It's a great sale, some stuff is stupid cheap!! There will be a big line to get in.

Default What kind of store is it?

Automotive care?

Where they located? Brick and mortar or is it point and click?

Default Car care, tools, and some cool stuff to pimp out your garage.

I'm assuming the garage sale is at their brick and mortar store, but looks like they have garage sale stuff posted on their website too.

http://www.griotsgarage.com/index.jsp</a

Default it's good stuff. That's what I've been using.

They did a seminar for the Alfa Romeo owners of the area to come down, and they demonstrated their product on our cars. How could you not buy?

Default It's not all it seems.

Stay far away from their claybar. Honestly the worst car care product I've ever used.

The *Only* products that we have been mildly impressed with is the interior cleaner and the boar's hair wheel cleaning brush.

Default Hmmm, I was fairly happy with the clay bar.

The interior cleaner is maybe my favorite. Doesn't add too much shine like many other interior cleaners I've used. Just 'clean' looking. But hey, you're the expert on this stuff, so I can't argue with you.

Default The clay bar falls apart when you use it. It isn't supposed to turn into a goey sticky mess.

A product is not only judged by how well it works on the car, but also by usability. The clay bar's usability is worthless.

I think Griot's has a lot of mediocre products and they seem to have a cleaner for just about everything. The problem is that much better products can be had for the same money or less. In my opinion apart from MirrorWorks, skip almost all Griot's car care products.
