Has anyone here with a laser jammer ever had it fail you?

I ordered the dual Lidateks and then was told they were backordered and would not arrive.
So I decided to have the Passport SR7 system installed as I wanted a stealth installation.
Halfway though the installation I'm told the Lidateks arrived, so to beat Murphy, I decided why not have them both installed.
To answer your question:
The Passport shifters do give more false readings but has an integrated radar detector built in with the system.
The Lidateks are better of the two as they usually register a hit first and rarely go off and give a false alert.
I'd say a dual Lidatek setup with a Valentine 1 or Passport 8500 would be one solid setup.

they will interfer with each other and will allow laser to defeat your jammer system. I just did some IR testing on a local customer with a A8L and he had the Escort ZR3 and just bought a 2 head lpp and we did some real cool testing. When there were both on the jammers did not work correctly because they interfered with each other. But with proper placement(distance of jammer heads) of 2 differnt types of jammers should be fine and also make sure they are aligned totally level.
