We could probably petition, but to no avail. They're pretty good at hiding behind the...
"protect and serve" mission. Provided they think they're protecting and serving you, they'll do it any way they please. My suggestion is to have a good radar/laser detector and use it wisely. I have a friend with a Valentine 1 and he got nailed for 95 in a 60 because he was running alone and once he was hit, it was over. Find someone who wants to drive fast, and follow them from a safe distance. Good luck out there!
