this is how i feel about people on road bikes sometimes...

as a biker, it drives me nuts how many other bikers don't follow the rules of the road
it drives me even more nuts when they complain that they got hit by a car while they were running a stop sign.

You might to check out the RCW with regard to how cyclists can use the road..
Fwiw, they are expected to ride as far to the right as is safe, but are also allowed to "take the lane" under other circumstances.
That sign looks like it was posted in a National Park.. Not a good place to ride a bike in my experience, waaay too many cars.
