driving the car is too much fun! Cruise on highways for about 250 miles, then country backroads for the last 35-40. Nuthin like flying around on deserted highways, when you know there's no cops and no speed limits. Then about 5 miles of dirt roads. Fortunately, the dirt roads had just been grated and the rain kept everything pretty smooth. Coming back down today, the rocks had started to come back up and loosen the road up, so i was able to slide some of the corners that didn't have hundred foot plummets off the sides
. Back on the country backroads, the corners are to die for. Bluet pass was suprisingly empty, and i was able to maintain 70-90 for most of it. Then i hit I90, and crawled along at 10 for about and hour and a half. Saw suprisingly few cops. Coming back on snoqualmie, I pseudo-caravaned with two hot chicks in an annoying altezza-ed prelude, got assaulted by a horrific civic that thought going downhill at 85 meant he was seriously hot ****, and got buzzed by an awesome C3 corvette that was cruising at about 95. all in all, and awesome trip. i love dricing.
