I got pulled over by Kirkland PD Friday night too but get let off with a warning. I made a right turn at that light going down to the Slip. My light just turned red and the other traffic just got a green but I saw that they just barely got going so I went ahead and took my right turn without stopping fully. Unfortunately, the first car at the light was a cop! Thank goodness she let me off easy.

Answer: the entire eastside, screw em!
Seriously though, if Moon was only speeding then he shouldn't get a DUI, that's the equivalent of around 2 drinks for an average person. I've seen many people on this forum drink more than that and drive afterwards.
Then again, if he was doing 80mph through downtown kirkland then maybe he will get one.
