It's got a couple more weeks left while some panals are out at the upholster. i got to hear it in it's current "un-tuned" state, and it was pretty impressive. they were able to source the exact same color suede for the trunk panals. It will be finished with some metal work and accent lighting.

When it's done, I'll have the owner come to a beernight for you guys to check it out.

but never in my life have I understood installs like this. Why do people give up their entire trunk for gigantic speakers and amps that can never be turned up past 15% of their capability without destroying eardrums. Admittedly the factory Bose stereos leave something to be desired but... spending close to the value of the car on stereo equipment?

Not like the S4 needs more weight. I guess to me it seems like the only purpose for such stuff would be for show. Which I guess is why it is useless to me. If the owner likes it that's great... I just don't get it.

however, many cars come with little trunk space as it is. Some come with no trunk space.

Getting that much performance out of a stereo while keeping luggage space is near impossible. I had to remove my spare tire and fiberglass into the empty cavity, and honestly it's no where near enough volume for me.

The nogaro B5 S4 is an eye catcher as it sits in it's stock form. This helps draw a little more attention
