So how does the auction work...if you win you pay the buyers premium + auction total & after taxes/license fee's the car is yours? Does the bank with the loan (assuming that there is a loan) have any lien rights? I wouldn't want to pay some crazy price to the towing co. only to find out that the bank will repo due to the outstanding 25k loan against the car (as an example).
I'm not 100% ready to buy a car but my current '96 sebring has 173k miles and I'm 99% sure I want an Audi to replace it. I really want a C5 A6, but it would be worth going to look at the A4 it would be going for a reasonable price....and if I knew that I would own it free/clear after the auction (assuming car is in good shape!).![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
