-The use of natural moulding looks tacky thoughout. That coupled with the fact that the finisher used spackling that was much too light. That would be unacceptable to me.
-The gutter system placement could have been better. I hate when the installers just tack the stuff together wherever it's convenient.
-The wood flooring in the kitchen doesn't match the cabinets at all. Floor is fine, cabinets should be different.
-The wood front door is too light and looks cheap.
-Light marble countertops, hmm... not a fan at all.
-Cooktop isn't up to standards of some of the other appliances and has no hood.
-Wood base-moulding and window trim makes baby Jesus cry again.
-Too many different types of light fixtures in the main room. They went light fixture happy everywhere!
-The two lights above the living room fireplace look out of place and are not needed.
-4th car section of the garage is unusable for much more than my racecar.
-Tile color and countertop color should have more contrast in the bathrooms. Looks too close together, but still not matching and shouldn't.
-Carpet color makes the base wood moulding look worse.
-The walls are all the same color as the ceilings. Where is the contrast? Where are the interesting colors? Ceiling should be lighter than the walls.
