Default Need a good body shop in local Tacoma/Ft. Lewis area...

Just got my car from Germany with damages. Well over all my car was intact but with over $1000 in damages. Nothing really noticable to any regular Joe but to people like us... YES!
The bottom of my Ottey front bumber was scrapped probably from loading and a nice dent in the center just slightly pushed in.
A couple of chips in the back bumper too.
Now I need to get an estimate so the contractor who shipped it can pay for it.

Default You can try Boesen Auto Rebuild on S 74th in Tacoma. I hear they do good work...

... although they are not the cheapest. But when is body work ever cheap?

Default Might consider going into Larson and ....

asking the Service Manager what shop(s) they recommend in Tacoma. They have shop(s) they have to use from time to time, and I would assume they would go with the best.

Default Boesen was formally the body shop for Tom Carsten's Audi (now Larson). They are very good....

They do the body work for Larson's Porsche/Audi dealership. I had Boesen do my last minor repair on my '96 A6 (repair and repaint hood) and would use them again without hesitation.

Default

FYI... Larson recommended Boesen (about a mile away from the dealership) to me when I asked.

Default Salatino's is the only shop in tacoma to have it done.

Go see them they took a scratch out of my S4. No problems a bit expensive though.

Default I went to Boesen Collision Center today and they convinced me that they could fix my front bumper..

without having to replace it. They seem to have a good eye for things and I'm eager to have them work on my car.
I faxed in the claim today to the Transportation Company...they have 45 days to pay so lets see what happens.

Thanks for all the info guys.
PS, I saw an S4 b5 there at bosen today..silver. belong to anyone here?
