Default Yes, I've always had a nice time there.
Though I enjoy Canon Beach in Oregon much more

Cannon Beach, OR is much cooler, but if you're just looking for a day trip Open Sores can be fun.

I like the casino to be honest.

If I'm going with family though I think I'd head down to Oregon. Cannon beach or Pacific City.
