Seattle area question

Where is there in Seattle a Reggae fest where there are a lot of bars on a strip? I was told there was one and I can't find it on-line. I not sure if was @ U-dub or Pioneer Square. Any clues?

There used to be a Bob Marley Festival in Pioneer Square.

It used to be the first week in Feb. (near his birthday). It was the best $10 concert I've ever attended!
