When in Newport, visit Rogue's Brewers on the Bay for good beer!

Default Thanks for the ideas,

And yes, Omid, I know of Calamity Jane's rather well! What column are you talking about near Bend?

Default Did this last summer. Sea to Redwoods via 101..

amazing trip i had so much fun. my girl and i camped all along the coast. The Redwoods are amazing. Unreal. When there, do the longest hike - you see so much more, it is worth the time. take water and grab a map of the area! Go to the Fern Gully! Most unreal experience. you have to trek down a crazy unpathed road to the coast that lowered cars will be eaten up to get there, but worth it for sure.

The dune buggys are so much fun in florence. Go to the second dune place, not the one with the gocarts. you can't rent sandrails, only quads and are regulated to where you go. take the tour with the sandrails, it's like a rollercoaster, so much fun! take your camera even though they say don't. the owner has a WRX powered sandrail, we took the 1600 vw powered one, kinda weak but way fun.

if you head through Depoe Bay, go to Tidal Raves. Amazing food, stupid name. Asian influence seafood dishes that are very well priced. their wines are also amazing. can't wait to eat there again.

the drive is so fun. email me if you want to know more and about a couple side roads we took. be aware of construction and cops since it is spring break. you can't loose on this trip, you will find your fun.
