That looks like the perfect deterant for the old people that let their dogs do their business

on my lawn. I wonder if it would get me sued...

get sued for a sprinkler on your own property? highly doubtful.

maybe if you shot them there would be some legal issues.

Well you can get sued for anything. Even if I win, I don't need the hassle.

Call Animal Control. They can trap them and take them away.

You might try the type of trap(hav-a-heart, cage) in the vid. I've found them exceedingly effective. If you don't have a place to release them far away, just call animal control after that and they will usually take them away for you.<ul><li><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8MHee85vmQ">trap</a></li></ul>
