WA speeding ticket question. 47 in a 25 in SeaTac. With an out of state license...
<center><img src="http://www.uky.edu/Police/images/TrafficTicket.jpg"></center><p>The other day I was on the way to SeaTac & got a speeding ticket a few blocks away. It was for 47 in a 25 zone.
I just moved to WA & still have a PA license so I assume there will be no point implications on my license, just the fine ($247)& possibly insurance increase?
Should I just pay the ticket or try to fight it? Since I need to get a WA license soon, I thought maybe I should just pay it? Will they have a way to see that I got a recent WA ticket when I go to get my license? And will that mean anything?
Also, on the top of the ticket, "Traffic" or "Non-Traffic" is not marked. Is that because I have an out of state license or did he just forget to mark it?
Thanks for any help.

not all the time
criminal offenses require a trial... more of a citation thing. such as running a stop sign on a bike, not a traffic violation but not a criminal offense either. just a bs $120ish fine.
