Default Check with your bank.

I use Wells Fargo for most of my banking. Last time I had to cash in my change jar, I just went to them and told them I want to deposit these coins into my account. I don't believe they charged me anything (or if they did, they didn't tell me)

I got rid of mine a couple years back for no charge at the big BECU south of the Boeing field.

Default My credit union does it for free (for members)

if you have a lot, it might be worth opening a free account

watermark credit union btw

suprised that many banks do it free, my banker friend said his charges for counting coins

coinstar is great and their fee is so little. use it all the time at my local grocery store.
