I bought one old used HRE from one of AW members.. that I know..
and when I received the wheel, one of the lip was bent and there was a curbrash that I was never informed...
He knew it was there and he admited... so when I asked him that I don't want the wheel because it's bent.... he is not willing to take it back..
but I owed him 200 for shipping, but I told him I don't want to send the check because these wheels were not what I expected "perfect condition" as he said.. so I told him I'm not giving the money because this wheel is not perfect condition.. and I still offered him to take the wheel back if he doesn't like the deal..
but now.. he is keep denying about "perfect condition" and telling me he wouldnt sell it for the price what he offered if it was not bent... and not willing to take the wheel back.. all he wants is 200 for the shipping..
I honestly think this is very unethical... it's a missinformed merchant...
what would you do??
1. Not pay him 200
2. Keep forcing him to take the wheel back.
3. Do what he wants..
I personally lost one friend because of this all wheel issue... but I like to seperate friendship and bussiness.
In my mind ethic is Number One... and He broke the rule... so I am kind of mad..
what would you do?? I just want to hear from you...
I don't proof read...

$200 for shipping? Is that a typo? It seams a little high, or do you owe him for other things?
My thought is if he doesn't want the wheel, & the wheel is damaged, your even. I purchased wheels from the board, & was in the same boat, I was told they were all straight, to find that 3 were bent. In the end, I could have purchased all new wheels for the price it took to fix the used wheels.

to go **** himself. If this so-called "friend" pulled that kind of horse**** on me, I'd refinish the wheel on his face. I can't stand deceitful liars like this *****. Please feel free to let everyone know what an ******* he is, so we'll all know in the future to stay the hell away from him.
