I'm gearing up to shop Audi and I want to be prepared before I make any contact. Do these two dealerships play the bullsh!t games of sticker add-ons like "regional adjustment",
"market adjustment", "prep fee", "advertising fee", "sealant wax job", etc. that tack on $$$$ to the price?

I've heard servicing at University is better, but I think you can get a better price at Barrier. When we purchased our 2003 A4 University didn't really want to deal much, if at all, and Barrier did. Since we lived in Bellevue at the time, they were the logical choice. When the sales manager from University called to see if we still were interested and I told him we bought a car that day from Barrier he was dumbfounded.
Over the last year I've been doing some window shopping and Ben Moses at University has been the most helpful associate I've dealt with, but once again, Barrier has the better price on the RS4 by probably $3-4,000, and since moving my work location from Seattle to Renton, having a car serviced at University does not make sense.
That said, if I buy an RS4 looks like I'll get one from Carlsen in Palo Alto, CA since their price is even better and they have a color I actually want. Besides, a trip to the Bay Area and the drive home would be enjoyable.
Bottom line, it's a crap shoot. Pick either and find a good sales associate you can work with. Monty at Redmond Euro actually recommends going up to Roger Jobs in Bellingham.
