Default I too noticed the same.. I used to be a die hard Ruths Chris fan
until I made a recent trip and was very disappointed. I'll stick to the kobe steak at Canlis... **** YEAH!!

... especially the bellevue location. egads. want good steak? the met, jak's, or your own damn back yard.

jak's was a bit salty last time i went, though... ymmv.

Thing I hate about JaK's is the no reservation policy, it's always a 2+ hour wait for a table

Default I think the Kobe Steak at Canlis is American "kobe" beef
so, while tasty, not the same as the 'real' thing.
