I bought a $10 PCV from McMaster and some plastic NTP to barbed fittings. So my final setup is this.
Removed hard line from crankcase T to the turbo inlet tube. Plugged the inlet pipe. Ran line from T to catch can. Installed McMaster PCV inline between T and catch can. Vented catch can to atmosphere. Pretty simple. I can take pics if anyone really cars to see. Thanks for the help and ideas.

I dunno how others rigged it, but on my DBW '01 which is very similar to the '00, I just hooked up one end of the hose to the metal pipe that runs along the valve cover, then into the Greddy catch can. Then the second hose goes from the catch can into the "pressure regulating valve" (#20) into the intake tract.
I dont have my stock airbox, so I had plenty of room mounting it in that area. It worked fine. No more oily intake, and just had to empty it out once in a while.
Another friend with a well modded A4 (non-DBW) also tapped in a greddy CC in a similar manner, and his worked fine too.
I wasnt trying to vent it out to the atmosphere, but instead just create a "trap" so the oil wont be sucked into the turbo intake.
You can try to figure it all out, or u can just try putting it inline before the valve #20. Worked fine. Good luck~

What is that?
"Pressure Regulator Valve", "Bleeder Valve", "Positive Crankcase Ventilation" all different words for the same thing. It's just that PCV is more commonly used (at least in the US in english)

you have a T coming off the crankcase, and both ends of the T going into the catch can?
I plugged one end of the T, fed the other into my catch can, and plugged the spot in the manifold and pre-turbo pipe.

I replaced the hard pipe from that T that went to the turbo inlet tube with a line that goes into my catch can. I have a generic PCV valve in that line from the T to the catch can. I vented the catch can to atmosphere and plugged the turbo inlet tube.

I used the tubing Greddy supplied me with the can. It's about 5/5" ID. It's a little kinked since I put in the PCV valve. I'll have to fix it up a bit.

the oil sludge 'kit' used. IIRC he posted in the A4 forum for both the DBW and nDBW. I only have easy access to the AEB 'list' ...
