Default 2.6l bottom end in a aan engine

I'm looking at doing a 2.6l bottom end for my s4. I was looking at what year 2.5l evrovan crank i would need. I heard that one has smaller jurnals and s cars need the crnak with larger jurnals. So what year crank do i need that has these larger jurnals?

I'm gonna put it in a 7a block with the larger bore and the bottom end is gonna have 2.5 crank in 7a block, pauter rods, and je pistons with 9.5-1 or 9-1, don't know yet.

as well do all 7a blocks have oil sqirters or is thier a specific year that does have it?

Thanks

All EV engines, gas or diesel, use the same crank, but gas or diesel determins the rod bearing shells. Get a 92.8mm throw crank from ESS, and stick to the 82.5mm bore (I'd actually think about boring your AAN block from 81mm to 82.5, so the cylinders are better matched to the new pistons). You also will not be able to use off the shelf parts from Pauter or JE, unless they have parts that work with the non-normal strokes (most of their stuff is for 86.4mm throw cranks, so the rods are 144mm long, wrist pins are 20 or 21mm, wrist pin height is setup to work with the 144mm rod on an 86.4mm crank).

All 7A's have the squirters, the 7A is essentially a 20vt minus the "t" parts and plus higher CR pistons.

Default I moved my bus to an 11.4 sec qtr. with a 2.2, you will leave a lot of power on table by stroking

500+hp/500+lb ft

in what car and what did you do to the 2.2

i got 320whp now and i think my car will hit a 13.0 maybe. we'll see this summer.

btw what do u mean by leaving alot of power at the table....i hope you don't mean that i will spin!!!!!

Default Urs4 - term speed at 126mph

Upper end power. All power on the stroker I saw tuned and dynoed at same time same German tuner was all done at 5800rpm, 600lbs torque somewhere in the 4000's(so tire spin is in the pic), I had power to 8000 with power curve pretty much a straight line thru 8000.
Ask Dahlback, he quoted the tractor line 1st.
Great for showing off but I am positive mine was much faster on race track especially. Stroker didnt have as much under the curve which was the beauty of the 2.2. Had a k26 #8 hot side and biggest t57 cold.
