At home, at idle, I get 18 hg (vacuum)..
on the mountain , at the bottom (still a bit high up) I was getting around 15.
for boost, on the first half I was hitting 20psi peaks, 18 sustained easy (18 and 16 respectively, at sea-level). But on the second half of the mountain, I was hitting *23-26* psi peaks.... and over 20 sustained...
When I finished my runs I'd open up the hood and smoke from burnt oil would be coming out of the turbo area.... bad?
regards,
Liam

Yes, the system is load based. It has to work harder at increasing elevation.
Burnt oil, or burnt plasiciser? I smell the plastic whenever it get hot, I never have smelled burn oil, even with the leaking cover gasket.
