Default front axles?

What's the reason behind that?

The clutch being hydraulic is independant of the type of transmission or not? Reason I ask is, one could in theory use a non hydraulic clutch if this was the case, correct?

Default ETKA lists different front axles for manual and auto transmissions....

130mm for the auto, and 100mm for the manual.

The transmissions are all hydraulic. You'd have to do some fabricating and machining to get a cable to work. Come to think of it, I don't think it would work, the hydraulic clutch pushes on the throwout arm, and a cable would pull on the arm. You'd have to change the pivot point of the arm to get it to work.
The clutch itself doesn't care.
