Default Pfffft - I'll rip a 13.1 no problem next time I'm at the track now that I know how to launch it.

But I'm sure you'll find some excuse why my car's fast then. :-/

Default I can do 105 in 3rd gear.....

but that's with the 2.8 trans.

And if you do a comparison of the final drive ratio, you'll see:

1.8T vs. 2.7T vs. 2.8
14.7 vs. 14.4 vs. 13.6
8.46 vs. 7.77 vs. 7.56
5.56 vs. 5.06 vs. 5.06
4.00 vs. 3.98 vs. 3.67
3.26 vs. 3.31 vs. 3.07

First gear is almost identical, so you're not going to see a big difference in 60 foot time. Doing 105 in 3rd gear is only beneficial if you can go through the traps at 105 or less.

Hell, you could slap on some taller tires and get the benefits of a taller gear ratio, without having to worry about changing trannies.

Default Don't the speedvision S4s weigh something like 2600lbs (Without the weight penalty)

2100....maybe without the engine

Default I was told by Scott at Intrax that the A4 race cars weigh in at 2800 lbs. So I dont think

the same type car with a heavier motor is going to weigh 200 lbs less.

Default Well lets put both cars on the same track and run them.

I bet I have more seat time in an audi going down the 1320 then you do in any of your cars and you call me a BENCH racer.

Default There is nothing wrong with Schrick cams. Why would you say there is?

If you must know, the schrick cam is 1 tooth or 2 deg off from where it should be. I used a adjustable wheel to fix the problem but was told the wheels on the cam can be turned if you take out the bolts.

I have the clutch + flywheel (apr) sucks again (second set)
cams (shrick) great idle
FMIC
and if you can get the damn software then let me know....I was on close to the same mission ( just not 12's, more like 13's) anyway ive got all these damn parts and i almost hate to say that it kinda SUCKS to drive sometimes...ive learned the hard way....get an S
