Default suggestions

I did the same thing. Got it in and drove around my town, hardly noticed aything.

It wasnt until I was able to get to 3rd gear at WOT that I saw a difference. This is because at WOT from a stop, 1st and 2nd went by so fast the added boost from 2000-4000 RPM doesnt get to materialize.

Since then I have learned how to nurse the throttle and RPM so I have that turbo spooled up and can feel the added boost even in first.

Nothing more fun than to ease into a gear at modest throttle then around 3000 RPM let her rip (indeed it feels like the reprogrammed throttle response lets you get most of the available boost and torque - at least initially, without going all the way to WOT so you dont have to "stomp" on it). I found the addition of my boost gauge helped me understand the relationship of RPM, throttle and boost levels and tune my driving to be able to really take advantage of it.

Did you perform proper throttle adaptation?

Default I had the same experience

But over time I felt the car "adapt" and it seemed like a couple of weeks later the car had changed. Others have posted a similar experience. Give the computer some time. I know it sounds weird, but I really feel the car is different after a few hundred miles of driving than at first start.
