Default Juan: here's my rebuttal (pretty long...)

Well, I have to admit, you are one work of art. I allowed you and your pitbull to flame me once, twice and now three times without merit. Now, I will have to take you down or else my reputation is on the line. Let's breakdown your arguement: If you regularly import 3K turbos, you should have extensive knowledge of the 3K turbos which I find that to be in question. You stated that there are no KO4-25's. Well, someone in Texas already installed them on his S4 with success which your happy pitbull flamed me once that it would not fit and would not even try it. FYI, the OEM RS-4 turbos are the KO4-25's. Take a look at this pic of the left and right side turbos: <img src="http://www.members.aol.com/daibee/KO4-25pair">
Let's, take a closer look at the compressor for the driver's side turbo: <img src="http://www.members.aol.com/daibee/KO4-25hand"> and showing the casting # 5304 101 5088 on the compressor body itself: <img src="http://www.members.aol.com/daibee/KO4-25right"> Now, let's look at the 3K tag itself from this turbo: <img src="http://www.members.aol.com/daibee/KO4-25tag"> and the same goes for the other cylinder bank with a different model # on the tag. Seen them before??? Also, other than the KO4-15 kits that are out there in the market which are factory built, the Garrett/Airesearch T-25 and T-28 turbos are custom made to order as per customer's specs on their respective kits. These turbos are not off the shelf, they are ALL modified from the turbo builders here in the USA like what Turbo Tapp did for me. FYI, this is not the Turbo Specialties modified KO4 turbo with the 16G wheel. There are no rice parts inside my turbo (meaning no Mitsu 16G wheel) <img src="http://www.members.aol.com/daibee/KO4">, all 3K parts. If I remember correctly, this forum is to share (exchange) info not to promote, profit and flaming others for like what have been doing to satisfy your ego. You have been in gross misuse of this forum for your personal agenda. To make matters worse, you have a lovely pitbull which I do not have to name acts as your mouthpiece sometimes. I hope he has a stockpile of KO-3's because if he uses that set up on a daily basis, it will not last long, his stock KO-3 running @ 24 psi on racing fuel will grenade and is far exceeding the factory recommended rating of 12 psi and the returns are diminished. You wonder how this turbo spools on my car? FYI, I use this car everyday on pump gas and I can drive this like a stock car or push the pedal to the metal boost comes instantly and usually results in scaring the crap out of many cars next to me.

Default Hahahahah, I have over 68K miles on this turbo and drive it over 100 miles a day.

But it seems you still have not posted any hard facts of what the car makes for hp, 1/4 mile times or 0-60. My car was making a real 240 hp but is making more then that now. I still dont see a pic of the back of the turbo.

Default I bet you that you did not have 68K on this setup and use race fuel everyday. If you did...

no turbo would not last for 10K miles. Still did not have a chance to take it to the dragstrip for offical runs. Everytime, I tried with the stopwatch on the street, can't click on the stopwatch fast enough to get accurate 0-60 and 1/4 mile runs and I don't have a G-tech unless you want to lend me one. As for the dyno, I don't know of any 4 wheel dyno facility in my area. In terms of taking pics of the turbine side, it takes 2 hours to pull it out and another 2 to reinstall, ain't worth it for you. Betcha, put my turbo in your car it will shave off another 2 seconds on the 1/4 and add 25% more power than what you got under race fuel chip of course.

Default I run race fuel every weekend. I have had these chips in my car since dec 2000. Why dont you prove

it by running your car. Lets see you run even a high 13 with that turbo.

Default WOW KEN!

well we were discussing the K04's for the 4 cylinders i had not checked the RS-4 OEM turbochargers. You are right the OEM RS-4 is the 25 you are talking about. well i didn't think about checking the RS-4 turbo's since the topic was on the 4 cylinders.

all i can say is MAH BAD DOGG...

but i do have some califications about turbo's

those are the OEM RS-4 i do admit i did not bother looking into the v6 line because the topic was for the 4 cylinder.

Turbo Tapp or Tapp Turbo is not here in the US. they are in Germany they do custom rebuilds on any 3K turbo. I am familiar with Turbo specialties they do very good work but take turbochargers to extreme when modifying the turbo chargers.

Thanks for the pics they do look familiar but i have only seen the RS-4 Competition turbo chargers which looks similar to those but they don't come with a 3K plate they come with an Audi Sport plate.

well i flamed you because i have been getting E-mails for that specific turbo you have in your A4 which is not an OEM 3K part it is actually a modified part. it is quite easy to get but with a selling price tag of 1100-1200 for a custom wow...

I thanks for your clarification and once again Mah Bad dogg...

next time i will send you E-mail so we can settel this thing off the net and get OUR facts correct.

Default I knew you are not running this set up on a daily basis. Unless you have bin Laden's bank account.

If you go to the strip every weekend and you're claiming to make more power, what are your recent time slips??? Any improvement from your best time of 14.3 you brag about? The whole forum would like to know.

Default Well we were working on my car this past saturday and took the car to speedzone for the RPG meeting.

I had to work on sunday night and no one was able to go to the races that morning. So no I have not raced since the NHRA races. We are going to carlsbad this saturday for a nice shoot out with a K04 vs my K03.
