I can get the same CFM running the same chip at 18psi on my 2 liter. My injector pulse pegs 35ms and my gs can hit 215 g/s, I have even gone over that and the power cuts out.
BTW I would help you out on the part # of the 270's, but my car is in the shop. They are a grey color if that helps any.

...I got the files from Turbo5 but they were actually mailed from EVO MS. You may want to contact them.
The 16b does hold about 21-22 all the way to redline on 103 race fuel.
The 45a starts at about 21 and bleeds down to 15 at redline.
Bosch and RCs are not the same chip at all. The RCs are not linear and as you have experienced flow more at intermediate pulse rates. I talked about this with Tim Marren (injector.com). The 270s may be flowing more up top than 270 because of the FPR. Clark (Turbo5) hooked a gauge to the rail and regardless of which FPR you use (3,4,5), at 12psi of boost, the fuel pressure is pegged at either 59psi or 72psi (I forget which). There are posts on this somewhere in 1999 or 2000 that cover this. The static flow rates are given at 3bar but we are pumping more pressure through them than that.
I don't know if the newer FPRs are like the non-DBWs and max out at 43psi of fuel pressure.
Thoughts?
