need some input on a 350 - 375 (+) hp TT project....

You might have to run a boost controller....
The chip is programmed for the K04 wastegate, and since the new turbo probably has a different pressure rating, the ECU may have problems controlling it.
The nonDBW cars don't have a boost pressure sensor as feedback, so the chip has to be programmed for a specific turbo/wastegate combination.
DBW cars have a pressure feedback, so the ECU may be able to compensate.
I actually had to send the Split Sec MAF controller back, my nonDBW MAF runs up to 6.0 volts, but the SS unit only offers adjustments to inputs up to 5.1 volts (it can output more however)
Do you have the ability to monitor intake temp? It would be interesting to datalog RPM, MAF, boost, and intake temp of the two turbos.

I have extensive data on the K04 (use VAG quite a bit), and will data log
different parameters once we get the car put back together. I'll also run some O2, N75 duty and timing logs.
I figured we'd need some sort of boost controller for more tuning capabilities. As for the ECU controlling the wastegate, I've tried three different N75's on my car, F, H & J, and the ECU is able to adapt. We may try these too.

Whoa... You're pushing that much boost on a K04?
How are you managing to do that? Is it race gas? What's getting you to those levels safely? Also can the Wilson manifolds mods be done stealth so as not to tip off anyone (ie dealer).

This is just on regular 93 oct, I think it's in part due to my entire setup
being so free flowing. I run this much boost in my GIAC and MTM/DBR chip. APR runs a bit lower, but overall, I'm running more boost than a regular APR chipped car.
Actually, I've ran as high as 28 psi and never went into limp mode. No DTCs at all. Btw, I don't have a boost controller.
As you can see, from this VAG run, manifold pressure is peaked at 1.55 bar all the way to 55K rpm, when you start to see it drop, and at near redline I'm at aroud 1.3 bar (18.9 psi). Based ont he K04 - 023 compressor map, I'm edging the 65-70% efficiency range. Not great, but still safe enough.

Regarding the Wilson Manifold, you dont' need to have him laser etch his name, it was just for show for me.

Hmmm.... so I am thinking...
Since I'm getting a GIAC X chip installed, I have to install my new air intake, then I would need FMIC and the manifolds, but at that point I could be pushing 26-28psi? Sounds nice. Lots of power.
