So, almost got the 3071R running where I want it....
A solid 22psi on 93 octane with no ping at all. A/f at WOT on my LM-1 reads 11.7-ish to 1. Probably still a little rich me thinks. Idles rock solid...14.5 to 14.7. And when it hits 4K, goodbye everything else on the road. It's fvckin scary. 1st gear is useless at this point...I use it to get moving and get to 2nd right away, then the fun begins. So, so far so good. If any one has comments questions or advice...please feel free to go nuts!
Last thing, would putting a flow straightener in the 3" maf I built help the MAF read the incoming air a little better????

(damn..time to hunt down my VAG-com....) I remember
removing the straightener when I had my stock MAF in there and off idle it would hesitate a little, kinda like what it's doing now. WTF, I'll try it, if it doesn't work, fvck it, it's just as easy to take back out.
