New to this forum and wanted to ask- does anyone know if the 2020 Q3 Premium + Convenience Package has any interior ambient lighting?
I am looking at a used one this weekend and was curious. I read somewhere that may be only white ambient lighting which is better than nothing.

Take a look at page 7 of this PDF. I think this is for the 2020 model year since that's what I have, and I saved it. Looks like the Prestige has the 30 color LED interior lighting. The Premium+ says LED interior lighting, probably just white like you are thinking.

I have a 2020 with Prestige trim and the window sticker lists under the Prestige package, LED interior lighting plus package.

If the car is at an Audi dealer, they should be able to access the window sticker through their network, or they may have it with the car's paperwork.

On new ones, you can get the adjustable ambient lighting as a standalone option., Not the case on prior years.
