I edited it to get more specifics in there. On the struts, I think those will just be part of the lowering equation. Springs carry the weight rather than the struts, so the springs (in a different diagram) will probably be different. That may get complicated with the painted band identifiers. Alternatively (or in addition), the perches and upper and lower rubber supports may change to effectively change the overall spring height inclusive of its mounts. Usually the strut changes more as a consequence of the spring change--to stiffen things some but also to make the strut tube and center shaft slightly shorter to deal with a full compression scenario starting from a lower ride height induced by the spring related change.

Per the edited post, can you instead look at the roll bars on the SQ and the other Q5's (Hybrid, 3.0T, etc.) in the Euro diagrams for front and rear? (front parts 34 and 35, rear part 14) Changing the roll bars is an easy way to stiffen things up without a lot of work, and changing rear only can also dial out some understeer. The U.S. diagrams aren't showing any difference there between the SQ ad others. It could be even in Europe any stiffening was done only in the springs and struts. The parts numbers will give the answers for Europe.

Front (34 and 35) and rear (14) anti roll bar is in all models Q5 (2.0TFSI, 2.0TDI, 3.0TFSI, 3.0TDI, hybrid, SQ) is the same:
S/N: 8R0-411-309C - front
S/N: 8R0-511-305Q - rear

Which means the only stiffening route is in the springs/dampers themselves, and then not even a US OE choice apparently. Thanks for running it down all the way.

Default One of his attached PDF's IS the Euro SQ5

I went through them in detail. No joy here basically. All the differences for Euro SQ5's to get to lower ride heights must be in the struts and springs (and/or related parts like stops, perches, etc.), at least up front. They aren't in the balance of the suspension, and part for part it all is basically a duplicate of the standard Q5. The Hybrid has a few odd tweaks in the lower control arm area by part numbers, but that must logically be some drivetrain oddity; the specs for Hybrids in Germany also show a small unexplained wheelbase delta, so it may be in these same areas. Seems unrelated though to lowering or stiffness, and again it was just in Euro Hybrid diagram, and not in std. vs. SQ5.

Not exist ETKA for the market of Europe, USA, Asia or Australia
These data are for the whole world.
By chassis number of cars and service books is known which parts and equipment installed in your car
