15000 service
Hi guys,
How long does it take the dealer to do the 15000 miles service on the Q5? What questions should I ask them when dropping the car? Is there any software update should I be aware of? Do I have to request the service people to perform these update or they would automatically do it? Would this service entitle me to a loaner? Thanks in advance

Depends on your dealer. Mine offered me a loaner but I decided to wait.
Took them 3 hours, but according to my SA there are no updates for the whole system, even when I asked him to check.

If you read your service booklet (the one they stamp) it outlines exactly what they do, line by line, at each service visit.
If there are any updates scheduled for your car, they will automatically do them. There was a drivetrain update for my 2011 2.0T at my 15K service a little while back, and they automatically did it.
