I'm hoping someone that has had the same issue as I can tell me what version their MMI was upgraded to and can help me identify the correct software version to upgrade my MMI so that I may address the following issues. I have a '10 Q5 Prestige with MMI Nav+, B&O, bluetooth etc., bought it new and have approx 85K miles so I'm past warranty. No issues other than the following two:

1. Call waiting has never worked, same issue others have identified. Second call comes in and you can't switch between calls. I've asked numerous times over the years at the dealer to have it corrected. To date nothing but blank stares from the service dept and the same line "That's how it works/is/came from the factory etc...." "Never heard of the problem..."

2. Sirius has recently disappeared from my available bands. (current subscription thru 12/15, don't listen much so I'm not sure when it dropped off available bands)

I've requested the dealer update my software version from HNav_US_PO110_01 to whatever version works. I guess I initially gave up too easy on the BT issue, I wasn't aware until recently that so many others have had the same issue. I found the issue to be a minor irritation but didn't make a lot of noise about it.

If anyone knows of the specific TSB or has any other suggestions that may resolve this it would be greatly appreciated.

I ran VAGCOM, no faults with the radio or the 5F module.
