2011 Q5 license plate from bumper options?

I have a 2011 Q5 and the front grill is made to hold a license plate. I live in a state when it's not required to have a front license plate and I'd like to replace it with a non license plate front grill bar/plate like in this picture.

When I bought the car (2 months ago, it's CPO from an Audi dealership) I had the worst awful experience dealing with them. Had I not loved the car I would of left and went somewhere else. I asked them about replacing it or what my options were and they reacted like I was asking for a rim job. They had no idea idea what I was talking about, once I pointed it out I got "oh, i'll look around to maybe swap it out" and after the 3rd visit buying the car I was fed up with dealing with them.
I know it's possible to change out the entire grill to the s-line but the grill but I just want to remove/replace the license plate bracket.
Before I go to another dealership, does anyone know if this is possible to remove/replace just the license plate bracket part and if so, do you know the part number I should ask for?
My Q5 has the parking sensors in the front that may make this change out more difficult.
Thank you!

The license plate holder is a direct swap out. Generally, the non-parking sensor ones run ~$100 at any dealership. I'm not sure on prices on the one with parking sensors.
A google of "q5 plate filler sensors" yields some results of other threads where the part numbers are given. I believe you'll want 8R0807287A, but confirm with a dealer first. They can give you exact numbers for your car and what parts you might need to move over the sensors.

Yes, the license plate delete bracket just is swapped out one for the other.
Once I get my new grille, I'll be happy to sell you my delete on the cheap if you don't want to.purchase one brand new. Look.into it and see what you think.
It will be a little bit until my new grille comes in however, but I'm willing to sell just the delete if you are interested.
