I have a 2012 Audi 2.0 A4 Quattro. I just had an oil consumption test done (which failed...surprise!) I am currently at 78800 miles and the dealer (which conversationally FORGOT TO REPLACE THE OIL AFTER DRAINING IT FOR STAGE 2 OF THE OIL CONSUMPTION TEST) is informing me I need to pay 6600$ for new pistons and rings. Can I contact Audi directly to see if I can get assistance with providing a stage 2 repair since it was the pressure control valve that failed (initially) and caused the extra wear and tear in the engine?
