2012 Q5 Premium Plus Parking Sensors

I am looking to install parking sensors on my 2012 Q5. It has the S Line rear bumper. Any one know where I can purchase this from? I went to the dealer here in Germany and they said they can install them on the standard bumper but not on my US S line bumper. Should be an easy replacement part for the lower grill on the bumper. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the info on the US kufatec site! Will be checking with the dealer to see how much they want for the install... (I've got the MMI but not the camera)
