Default 2013 Q5 Passenger Door Locks

Hello everyone,

My 2013 Q5 doesn't have unlock buttons in the rear passenger section.
They only have the option to lock. No unlock graphic in the upper portion of the button.
Is this a simple switch replacement issue ?

Please advise

That's normal. Rear seat passengers can unlock their specific door by pulling once on the door handle. Pulling it a second time will open the door. There is no way for rear seat passengers to unlock all four doors.

Any way to override/bypass this feature ?
I need to be able to unlock all of the doors via the rear section of the Q5.

Give the rear passenger the extra key fob.

The answer is there is NO option for Audi
Due to the security system and protection against theft system.

The only solution is that passengers to exceed front and open all doors or as recommended by mr.zero

It's not an option, but it can be done.

With this modification you lose warranty on electronics car !!!!
Does is worth to do it on a new model 2013 ??

All can be modified, but we question whether it is worth it and whether it is safe
