Hello everyone,
My 2013 Q5 doesn't have unlock buttons in the rear passenger section.
They only have the option to lock. No unlock graphic in the upper portion of the button.
Is this a simple switch replacement issue ?
Please advise

That's normal. Rear seat passengers can unlock their specific door by pulling once on the door handle. Pulling it a second time will open the door. There is no way for rear seat passengers to unlock all four doors.

Due to the security system and protection against theft system.
The only solution is that passengers to exceed front and open all doors
